PAINTING ON AUTOMATIC RACK
We can work any geometric shape, from the simplest to the most complex. Starting from accessories, up to chains and complete spectacles, with this technique the paint covers every part of the product. Moreover, thanks to a painting system with 4 semi-automatic booths we can manage large production batches while maintaining a very high flexibility.
AUTOMATIC PAINTING ON PLATEAU
MadeBlack is equipped with 5 anthropomorphic plants for automatic painting of products lean flat on a plateau. It is the most used technique for the industrial painting of small size fashion accessories because it guarantees great versatility and quality while maintaining excellent economic competitiveness. The flat painting is ideal for rivets, buttons, small rings, eyelets, studs and any other flat item.
FREEHAND PAINTING
For some types of product, automation must leave room for the sensitivity of the human hand. The MadeBlack team stands out for its extraordinary mastery in freehand painting, which is the best choice for coating small productions or special effects such as special shades. The manual process, which has 5 dedicated booths in Made Black, guarantees the right flexibility and allows to paint any geometry in a very short time.
BARREL/ MASS PAINTING
For some productions, where detail is not fundamental and therefore costs can be lowered with cheaper processes and technologies, it may be useful to use barrel painting. MadeBlack offers to its customers also this kind of solution, called also Rotover or Rotamat painting, interesting for small components, matt/antique effects and on items that, once assembled, are not visible.
